Emotional Tamponade

I’m breathless
My heart is out of sync
My nodes are rhythmless
My ventricles are crashed
I’m out of contractions
My heart is in fibrillation.

The ambulances πŸš‘ are out of action
My hope hangs on defibrillation.
My heart waves are in terrible positions
My atria are running in discoordination.

The man in me is in hypotension
The woman in me is in hypertension
I’m cracked well beyond resuscitation
I’m broken beyond solution🚧.

Paramedics say I need an operation
Doctors say I need ionic transfusions
Sawbones say I need valvular reconstruction
Cardiologists say I need heart transplantation
Mothers say I need retrograde tender affection.

What do I do ?
My heart is in tamponade
I tore my QT interval
Now I’m in β€˜R on T’ phenomenons
I think I’m heading into Torsades
I need an emotional barricade
I surely do need magnesium upgrade.
